Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 21 days of receiving them for a refund. Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order. If 21 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact Weird Walk's fulfilment partner, Remedy Fulfilment, at support@remedy.uk.com and Cc: shop@weirdwalk.co.uk.
  • Return Shipping Address: Returns should be sent to the following address at the customer’s expense:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning items.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in sellable condition. Weird Walk Ltd. reserves the right to reject returns and withhold refunds if the products are not in a condition suitable for resale.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Returns and refunds are the only options available. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or colour, you may send your item in for a refund and place the order again.

Delivery Policy

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: If you do not receive your order within 7 business days from the date you placed the order, please contact support@remedy.uk.com immediately.
  • Tracking Information: If you require a tracking link and have not received one, please request it by contacting us. This request must be made within the delivery timeframe mentioned above.
  • Lost Orders: We have a limited timeframe to raise a claim with Royal Mail if your order is lost. If you have not contacted us within 14 days of your order being placed, we will not be able to assist with lost orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the delivery.

Customs and Duties

  • Customs Charges: Weird Walk Ltd. ships from the UK. Any orders shipped to countries outside of the UK will be subject to the usual customs and duties charges upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and charges that may be imposed by their country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are out of Weird Walk Ltd.’s control.
  • Preparation for Fees: Customers should be prepared to pay these additional fees upon receipt of their shipment. Weird Walk Ltd. is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within Weird Walk's working hours, Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm.
  • Cancellation Outside Working Hours: Outside of these hours, order cancellations are not guaranteed. However, customers can choose to refuse delivery or send the order back for a refund. Additional postage may be required at the customer's expense.
